a little clarity

make yourself at home.

a few practical notes about using the current Wosa prototype. this page explains the experience; it is not a substitute for formal service terms.

start with your people

create a world, give it a name, and invite the people you want to share with. keep invite links within that group. each world has its own membership.

keep things deliberately

typed prompts create previews. review the title, dates, amounts, and details before pressing keep. generated content can be mistaken. a plan is a shared note about your intentions, not a booking; an expense split does not move money.

share with care

add photos, recordings, and text that you have permission to share. ask before recording another person. members can view and download shared media, so choose what belongs in a group before keeping it.

songs and shared videos

wosa’s optional youtube search and playback features use youtube api services. by using those features, you agree to the youtube terms of service. search results come from youtube, and playback availability, advertisements and regional restrictions remain under youtube’s control. wosa does not provide audio downloads or an audio-only youtube player. see the privacy page for what a search or player sends to google.

the current limits

an entry can hold up to ten photos and five voice notes. photos can be up to 20 MB before processing. recordings can be up to three minutes and 15 MB. media currently shares a 500 MB allowance per world.

reminders appear inside Wosa after their chosen time. recurring plans are reused manually. there is no external calendar sync or general phone notification delivery. automatic Apple Wallet refreshes require a public HTTPS host and compatible device setup.

your world remains yours to leave

archive things you want out of the way, restore them when needed, and delete deliberately. you can leave a world without another person’s permission. export important content while you still have access.
